Amir’s West Indian Seasoning is a flavorful seasoning that pairs well with any form of meat.

Ingredients: Water, Onion, Marjoram, Basil Thyme, Paprika, Black Pepper, Garlic, Celery, Salt, Vinegar, Hot Peppers, Sodium Benzoate and Spices.

Directions:

1. 3lbs Amir’s Chicken (whole or cuts),
2. 2 tablespoons Amir’s West Indian Seasoning,
3. Season Chicken and allow to marinate for a minimum of 30 mins
